Conditions of Use

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the booking and use of 247Studio Munich, including any optionally rented equipment (hereinafter referred to as “equipment”), between the operator and the customer.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The booking is made via the online booking system on our website. By completing the booking process and confirming payment or selecting a payment method (PayPal, prepayment, or invoice), a binding contract is formed.

4. Payment Terms
- For PayPal payments, the amount is due immediately.
- For prepayment, the invoice amount must be transferred within 5 days after booking to the specified account.
- For invoice payments, the amount must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice.
Studio access will only be granted after timely receipt of payment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:
- Up to 72 hours before the booked time: free of charge.
- Between 72 and 24 hours before the booked time: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking or no-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the booking, subject to availability.

6. Use of the Studio
The studio may only be used during the booked period. Subletting or transferring the booking to third parties is prohibited. The customer agrees to handle the studio and any rented equipment with care and to leave the premises in proper condition.

7. Liability
The customer is liable for all damages to the studio or equipment caused by them, their team members, or third parties. The operator is not liable for the loss or damage of personal property or for disruptions caused by force majeure or technical failures beyond the operator’s control.

8. Disclaimer
The operator assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, power outages, or other circumstances beyond their control.

9. Right of Withdrawal
As this is a service related to leisure activities with a fixed date (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB), no right of withdrawal applies. Cancellations are only possible under the conditions stated in section 5.

10. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Munich, Germany.
